I want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair and overall experience. I know that your hair is important to you and I want you to be happy from the moment you sit in my chair to the moment you leave the salon! As a professional, I strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience, I will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the salon feeling amazing. If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, I am happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a correction service.
*If you are in the middle of a color correction process and there is box color (any form of non professional color) you will not be qualified for a correction service if the desired result is not achieved in one sitting (this will be explained during consultation so there will be no surprises if the desired goal is not achieved in one sitting).
*Additional toners, treatments and other necessary services will be priced (fairly) in each specific case.
*BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT THE GUEST IS AGREEING TO ALL POLICIES, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ ALL POLICIES CAREFULLY.*
If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 48 Hours in advance. Giving 48 hours or more allows for me to place another waiting guest in that spot. If canceling in less then 72 hours this will be marked under no show policy listed below.
Please come to your scheduled appointment on time with CLEAN AND DRY HAIR. If you happen to be late, I do understand that things happen, please update me on your new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing, however, that may leave a chance at having to reschedule the entire appointment.
A grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. If it is needed to be rescheduled, a 20$ late fee will be added onto your next appointment. Two hours or less notice before scheduled appointment time will be marked under no show policy listed below.
In the case of a no show you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment and you will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment.

WE UNDERSTAND YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU NOTIFY US AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF THE SERVICE YOU ARE WANTING TO RECEIVE CHANGES.
